Lincoln Township is one of the thirteen townships of Sherman County, Kansas, United States. The population was 95 at the 2000 census.

*Voltaire Township — northeastern corner
*Logan Township — east
*Smoky Township — southeast
*McPherson Township — south
*Stateline Township — west
